I had this in another post but thought to move it to it's own. I was having trouble with emails not being sent. per you advice, I upgraded to 5.25  and now emails are sent with the exception of the manufacturer email. I checked the manufacturer records and there are valid emails. I am running dnn 6.25

FYI

it took a couple of iterations but I think I got it. I added a manufacturer template but it replaced the store email template even though I was adding a new manufacturer template. So I added a new manufacturer template again and it did not show up in the list. I tried adding it again and it said it was a duplicate. I deleted the store template and then was able to recreate both and now they show up in the list and appear to be sending.

a glitch in the template matrix somewhere :)

Hello,

Thanks for posting back with an update and glad to hear this issue is now resolved.

Regarding the saving issue, I have seen this before myself but this was when going back and forth between Email Template Management screens using the browser Forward and Back buttons, the browser would auto-select the previous selections in the dropdown.
