I am running DNN 6.2 with Smith Cart Version 3.96.0
My issue is this.  When I click on a products "options" button, it takes me to the product detail page with the variant "dropdown" options, however, when I click on any  variant choice, the product and the variants disappear, leaving only the product tabs on the page.  I have submitted a ticket, and attached screenshots of everything I can think of here.  I can't say when the issue started, this was reported to me by a client yesterday.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide  (I tried to upload some attachments, but I am having issues).  I also opened a support ticket to be thorough.

Hi,
Smith Cart v3.96 is a really old version and was released before DNN 6 came out, hence was never tested on the version of DNN you are running. If you have been running your cart for awhile and never noticed the issue, I suspect the issue started happening after you upgraded your DNN to v6.2. To fix the issue I recommend upgrading your cart to v5.26 which has been tested and certified on DNN 6.

Important, before upgrading your cart please make sure you have a full backup of your DNN portal and database.

What does it cost to upgrade?   All of my other DNN products work fine with 6.2, and are at least backwards compatible.  I don't have a budget to pay to get the cart work they way it already was.

The cart comes with 3 months of free upgrades from the date of purchase.  To get the latest version after that you have the following 3 options:

Option 1 - Sign up for the cart maintenance plan

Option 2 - If you are within 6 months of your purchase date, send an email to sales@smith-consulting.com with your original order id and we will send you a coupon for 50% off the cart.

Option 3 - if you purchased the cart over 6 months ago you can purchase an upgrade using the following link:
