Am unable to get account based real time rates through UPS. Have confirmed with UPS that the account credentials are correct and that the account based discount rates work outside of smithcart. However, through smithcart can only get standard real time rates. One thing to note is that there is no field for the UPS access key. When UPS is selected the field shown is for CanadaPost Merchant ID along with UPS UserID and Password. Added UPS Access Key to CanadaPost field to no avail.SmithCart rev is 5.14

Yes, I concluded that and tried it with 5.25 and that did correct the field problem. However, after doing so I still can't get the discounted rates to appear with my account credentials and access key. I've been working directly with UPS and they do not see a problem on their end. I will be working with them in person tomorrow morning and will let you know if problems persist. But as far as I know I have everything set up correctly, i.e., access key and credentials are verified, weight is valid, not in test mode, valid shipping addresses, valid delivery services selected. Is there anything with the configuration that I need to look out for such as combined options, taxes, handling, etc....?
