Attempting to upgrade from SC 5.22 to 5.25 and I received the following error:
A critical error has occurred. Could not find a part of the path 'E:\inetpub\vhosts\mydomain.com\httpdocs\Install\Temp\krznypwn\Backup\Smith.BuyNow\Templates\'.

Seems there's always something I must do when I upgrade and I can't find the upgrade instructions on SC site so any information - can someone point me in the right direction?

Oh, and now it seems I can't navigate to the top level category via the category menu if I'm on a product detail page. Instead, I have to select "Continue Shopping" button.

Hi Richard,

It seems that the upgrade of your Cart was incomplete as the error you posted indicates that DNN couldn't find the file path listed. Can you confirm that the following is a valid filepath on your server? E:\inetpub\vhosts\mydomain.com\httpdocs\Install\Temp\krznypwn\Backup\Smith.BuyNow\Templates\

Did you receive any other errors when upgrading the module besides the one you posted above?

no - that isn't a valid path. E:\inetpub\vhosts\mydomain.com\httpdocs\Install\Temp\ exists only.  I checked permissions and that doesn't seem to be a problem (full control).

No other errors that I know of occurred.

I recommend rolling back to your restore point just before you did the upgrade to get a working cart back up and running. Then download and install the latest cart v5.30 from the downloads page.

Got SC 5.30 and still getting errors installing:
A critical error has occurred. Could not find a part of the path 'E:\inetpub\vhosts\mouthpiececafe.com\httpdocs\Install\Temp\p3o1ohot\Backup\SmithCommon\galleria\themes\'.

And to make it worse, now I'm seeing the following message in the store:

I'm getting to the end of my rope. I can't have an upgrade take down my site!!! Please advise.

SmithCart 5.30 no longer utilizes the license files in the root directory of your site. you need to obtain a license key at the following link: http://www.smith-consulting.com/Suppo...

If you are still receiving the same error, I recommend performing a clean installation of the Cart using the instructions at the following link: http://helpdesk.smith-consulting.com/...
