I created 2.96 build and just installed successfully on my test portal and it installed correctly. Just emailed you the new build please try installing and let me know how it works.

Hi Dave,
Third time's a charm. I got a clean install and I could click edit on an existing variant without it bombing. I will continue with this in the morning. Thank you for your perseverence
and patience.
