Hi,

We have the cart up and running and have successfully taken a few orders, however yesterday we had an order via Paypal and payment was taken however the confirmation emails were not sent and the order has a pay status of "false". Looking at the admin -> event viewer we can see the IPN being logged as an admin alert and then an exception:

Cart Error: at System.Threading.Thread.AbortInternal() at System.Threading.Thread.Abort(Object stateInfo) at System.Web.HttpResponse.End() at System.Web.HttpResponse.Redirect(String url, Boolean endResponse) at System.Web.HttpResponse.Redirect(String url) at af.HostedRedirect(ICustomer customer) at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.a(PaymentStatus A_0, Boolean A_1) at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.Submit() at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.btnSubmit_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Is there anyway we can track down why the IPN was not verified, I could email you the IPN that was logged if you provide me an email address as obviously I dont want to post that in a public forum.

Hi Nigel,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Are you using PayPal Standard as your Primary Gateway or are you using the PayPal Checkout option?

Hi,

DNN: 06.02.05
Smith Cart: 5.28.0

"Manual" is selected as our primary gateway and we have also selected to "show Paypal checkout option"

Hi Nigel,

Our techs have tried to re-produce this error on our test portal and have been unable to recreate the error but we may not have the exact same configuration as you. I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your's configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/cart install.

Please use the credentials I just sent to your email to login to the test portal.
