We have just downloaded and installed the trial version of Gateway but the module when placed on a dnn page has no menu on it - if we try to go to the settings of the module we are given a "Critical Error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object" message. We are currently running DNN 5.6.1 and SmithCart 5.0.0

We dont have a module called "Gateway" did you mean the GateKeeper Download Manager?

Hi Jeff,

The latest version of GateKeeper unfortunately isn't compatible with DNN 5 as it uses a newer version of Telerik which isn't supported in DNN 5. As a solution you have the following 2 solutions:
  1. Upgrade your DNN instance to version 6+. It is also strongly recommended that you upgrade your DNN instance as there are certain hacker groups that are actively exploiting security vulnerabilities in old versions of CMS platforms such as websites running old versions of DotNetNuke.
