Running DNN 6.0.0.02 with Smith Cart 5.0.0

When shopping products can be added from the product page without issue.  Once you drill into a product to its description and select add to cart you are redirected to the cart page, but the item is not added.  If it is the first item you attempt to add from a product detail the redirect to the cart shows no items in the cart.  

Mini cart is enabled.

I have also tried these same steps without mini cart and the same results occur.

Thanks for the help!  I didn't have the mini cart enabled in the product detail module.  Didn't recall seeing that in setup and had just made the assumption that turning on mini cart in basic set up would have handled that.  Seems to test fine.
