Is this a fresh install of the Cart or did you upgrade from a previous trial?

Please also provide a screenshot of your Product Details module settings and your Manage Variant screen.

Thanks!

Hi Michael,

I just tried to replicate this issue but I haven't been able to replicate the behavior you reported. I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your's configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/cart install.

Please submit a Help Desk ticket with a link to this post at the following link and I will provide you with credentials to login: http://www.smith-consulting.com/Suppo...

Thanks!

I think I got it figured out.

Whether a Bug or By Design:
I created Master Variant Group "Package" with 3 Master Variants.
I Copied these 3 Master Variants to my 4 products, and the Master Variant Group was NOt copied. SO I got an Error in the Product Detail module.

After I added a Variant Group to my product variants then it worked.

Hi Michael,

Sorry for the confusion but the Master Variants weren't designed to be used as a copy function for adding Variants to other Products they were programmed for another feature we have added to the Cart which will soon be released.

Thanks!
