Anyone noticed this?

I have imported 100 products to set up a site, I deactivated one as it is not available yet, then I exported the products database. I made some changes to content etc, then I imported again.

When the import finished, I had duplicate products. One in the Admin that was deactivated, and one that I had just re-imported.
Why does Smithcart work this way? Surely if I export all prods and one (more than one) is deactivated, why would an import create a new DUPLICATE one?

I mean why can't I edit the exported deactivated one, then import again WITHOUT creating  a duplicate? SAME SKU NUMBERS TOO!
