Hello,

We recently paid to have the following features added to the import products portion of the cart:
related products
product alt tags

We have tried to do some product imports on Smith Cart 5.54, but we receive the same error every time we try to import:
" 'Sheet1$' is not a valid name. Make sure that it does not include invalid characters or punctuation and that it is not too long. "

Any idea what is causing this? We tried renaming the file to various things, but we receive the same error every time.

Thanks for getting back to me Kevin.

I can confirm that we tried multiple imports with the file name "Sheet1".

We confirmed that the file was saved in a .xls format.

We also tried several para-mutations of "Sheet 1", all resulting in the same error.

We have done some more troubleshooting, and we have found that both the excel file name, and the internal "sheet" name in the excel file must say "Sheet1". Sorry if this is what you meant in the first place.

Any ways, we're no longer receiving that error, but now we receive the following error when trying to import:
Error Input string was not in a correct format.


This is the error produced in the event viewer:

I have opened a support ticket regarding this issue with the latest updates on my testing of this import error.
