1.) Smith Cart V5.54

2) SQL 2008 R2

3) DNN 7.0.6

We installed the module and added several products.  A couple days later, we returned and all of the products plus the two admin icons were missing!  I re-installed the module and both of the icons returned.  However, I am not able to see my products.  I know they are still there because they exist in the database.  I also did a Product export and all were shown.

How do I re-link these products to the Smith Cart module?

Chris, see the pinned forum thread ***Upgrade Notes***

You most likely need to reset your page templates for the products to display.

Just tried and it didn't work.  This wasn't an upgrade - just a re-install.

I am also not seeing my products when I click on "Manage Products"

Hi Chris,

The issue is most likely the TabModuleId assigned to your Products. Please see the following link for instructions for doing a clean installation of the module - Click here
