Hello,

I've been evaluating Smith Cart on behalf of my client and I have to say that I'm most impressed with it, I really am. It's such a pleasure to use. I think also that anyone thinking of using this software should pay particular attention to the manual. I can't remember the last time I saw documentation as impressive as that, and it's an excellent indicator. If SC took that much trouble over the docs, the indication is that the quality of the software is high too.

From my point-of-view with this product, I'm pretty much sorted. It does almost everything I need to do. The only thing missing, and I'm posting this in case I'm wrong) is that it seems that the store can only have one payment gateway. My client wants to use Paypal PP, Sage, Google checkout, and I think NoChecks (or whatever that is called now). He wants to give customers the choice of which to use.

So, I've been all through the manual, but I can't find any mention of support for multiple concurrent payment methods. Is it possible? What are my options with this item?

Thanks in advance

Rob

Hi Rob,

The cart has the show PayPal checkout option allows you the option to checkout using PayPal standard in addition to the gateway option that you configured above under gateway settings. But in your example where your client wants to give customers the option to use Paypal Payflow Pro, Sage and Google checkout is not currently supported. Other then the "PayPal checkout option" I mentioned above you can only select one payment gateway at a time. Also, thanks for the compliment on the cart !
