I have the admin store email template set up, but every time an order is placed, it sends a blank email without a subject.  The user email is sending correctly if I tell it to send through Manage Orders, but upon initial order placement it also sends a blank email.

Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?

Hi Brad,

May I ask what version of DNN and SmithCart you are currently using. In addition, could you please provide a screen shot of your Email Templates Screen and your Email settings in the General store setup it will help to further troubleshoot the issue.

We figured the issue out.  We are running multiple BuyNow modules on the site and didn't realize that the Email Templates needed to be set for each instance. Everything is working correctly now!
