Mini Cart Not Auto Updating?

I am using Smith Cart version 5.62.0 and the mini cart, when in Detail View, does not auto refresh when an item is added. If I switch the view to Summary View, it does automatically change the Items and Price. If I hard reload the page, I get the correct items in the Detail View cart. I tried adding both Detail View and Summary View Mini Carts to a page, and if I remove an item in the Detail View cart, it does not update in the Summary View.

Hi Brad,

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

Please also provide a screenshot of your MiniCart Settings?

Also, which page is your MiniCart module added to and are there any other Smith module on the page (Product Listing, Product Details, Featured Products, etc) ?

We are running DNN 7.00.06. The only other Smith Cart module on the page is the BuyNow one. I've tried changing the skins to various default DNN's ones and it doesn't fix the issue.

Hi Ted,

I was able to replicate the issue of when using the MiniCart Details view, the line items will not be updated when adding to the Cart until the page is reloaded. I have logged this to our Bug Tracker system to be addressed as soon as possible and we will reply back to this thread as soon as an update is available.

This issue has been resolved and the fix will be included in the next release of the Cart currently scheduled for next week.
