We upgraded to Smith Cart 5.6.8 and use PayPal Website Standard as our payment gateway.  Prior to upgrading, we could login to PayPal and download the transaction history.  In the Item Title column, the actual product title would display.  Now using 5.6.8 each entry in that column displays "Shopping Cart".  The item name must be passed over because it is seen when the user arrives at PayPal.  Does anyone know what is causing this?

Hi Clark,

Which version of the Cart did you upgrade to 5.68 from?

Are you processing one time or recurring transactions?

We were using 4.6.  The 5.6.8 is actually a new package we purchased to install so we could take advantage of the IPN feature.  We also installed it fresh on a new server.

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

Are you using a live and sandbox PayPal account?

DNN version is 7.1.2
No sandbox account.  This is the live account.

Actually I just discovered a checkbox in PayPal "Include Shopping Cart details (comma and tab delimited files only)" which takes care of the problem.  Sorry I overlooked that.
