Submit Contact Info when purchasing a product

Hello,

I would like to set up a product that is for signing up to a Summer Camp session. Is there any way to have the customer enter in emergency contact information when purchasing the session? Even a small Comment section would suffice.

Does anyone know if something like this is possible?

Hi Mike,

I would recommend using one of the following options to collect additional info from your customers:

Product Variants using the Textbox Display Type: Product Variants

Custom Product Fields: Click here

Utilizing the Custom Checkout fields available on the Step 1, Confirm, and Confirm Status page. These can be enabled in the Store Settings. More info here: Store Settings
