Are you looking to setup real time shipping rates through Fedex? Currently the cart is integrated with USPS and UPS for real time shipping rates. Real time shipping rates thru Fedex is in programming right now but not availible yet hopefully in the next week or two. In the meantime a possible solution for you is to setup custom ship methods and add all the fedex shipping methods you support with fixed costs by method.
