I did everything but reset IIs, I don't know how to do that, but no change at all.

Sounds like the css might be cached, can you provide a link to the page or pages that are not showing as responsive?

BTW, I had linda from DNNGo (skin developer) take a look and this is what she said:

Seems it caused by SmithCart module, we noticed some table codes are used in SmithCart, these table codes are not able to respond. Did you update the module to the latest?

Hi Eric,

We removed all tables and replaced them with divs so you must not be running the latest version. Please submit a Help Desk ticket at the following link so we can send the install package directly to you: http://www.smith-consulting.com/Support/HelpDesk.aspx
