Sale Prices not working at checkout

Hi Kevin,
I have enabled sale prices and they display correctly on the product listing page with the strike through and discounted amount. However, when I add the item to my cart and are taken to the cart page, the original price is displayed instead of the discounted.
Am I missing another setting?

Hi Rod,

Does the Product you have a Sale Price configured for have Variants added? If so, a Sale Price needs to be added for the Variant and the Lifecycle Status of the Variant need to be set to "Sale". Yes I do have variants. So your saying to do a store wide sale, I need to edit every product and every variant to have a sale? Wow that will take me hours. Is there no way to do a store wide sale easily?

Hi Rod,
You can use price classes to globally adjust prices up or down by percent or amount. Price classes are essentially custom groups you can put products into. See the following kb article:
