Whenever I click on a product, it says "The service is unavailable". I'm using version 7.20 on DNN 8. Any ideas about this?

Hi Ricky,

Did you recently upgrade your store from an earlier version?

Have you customized your Page Templates? If not, you can try taking the following steps:

1. From the store admin menu, click on the page template button to go into the page template editor and delete all your page templates.
2. In file explorer, navigate to your \portals\[portalid]\smithcart\templates folder
3. Delete all the files in the \portals\[portalid]\smithcart\templates folder
4. Reset iis and restart the application from the dnn host menu
5. Go to product details page and see if your products are displayed.

Please postback if the above does or does not resolve the issue.

That worked for me. I did in fact upgrade from the Trial version and once I went in and deleted the the page templates and restarted IIS & DNN the product listings returned. Thanks!
