Hi, we just upgraded from 2.62.00 to 2.96.00 in order to correct an issue with processing payments through Authorize.Net. However, we still can't get a transaction to go through. We get the following error when using a real card, Authorize.Net NOT in TEST MODE and the cart NOT in "Test" mode.

We couldn't complete your payment.

Status : False
Message : The Global Payment System identification numbers are incorrect. Call Merchant Service Provider.

What do you suggest we do? We need to get this system working ASAP.

The message being returned is from Authorize.Net I just googled it and found this link http://www.authorize.net/support/merc... and for that return message it says "The merchant was incorrectly set up at the processor". So what that means is the merchant account is not properly setup and you need to contact the company that you setup your merchant account with.

Thanks for the response. We will attempt to contact Authorize.Net tomorrow with the client. Hopefully they will be able to help us get this figured out.
