Well, it was an upgrade but required a "clean install" since it was version 02.62.00 orginally. We followed clean install instructions to a tee.

This has been fixed the hotfix "AddProducts.zip" dated 7/7/10 is availible on the downloads page. After downloading the hotfix copy the dll's in the zip to your \bin folder and the ascx to your \desktopmodules\smith.buynow folder.
