I downloaded the revised dll, and tested on localhost. Paging now works correctly.
There is one more aspect of the product list that could be better - coming back to the list after an edit. Clicking "Back" from the product detail page takes you back to the default list, rather than to the list that was being viewed.
This is not a big deal for me at this point, because I have made the default 200 so I am always working from all my products. It would be frustrating, however, if I had been working on a page that took several clicks to get to, and I had to do it again.
Same comment applies if I had narrowed the list via search, it would be good to return to the list with the same search criteria applied. "Back" should take me back to the list I came from, not to the beginning.
