Can someone please identify the steps to add a Special Instructions text or listbox for our users/buyers to be able to enter any special instructions related to their purchase. I've tried playing with many of the settings without success. I would also like this Special Instructions field to become a part of the email confirmations sent as well as to display on the confirmation page.
