I'm not a 100% sure you ticket system works. I have submitted a ticket two different times in Chrome and IE 8 and never heard anything back. Does the category menu work on pages that don't have the store front module? We can't seem to get it to work on any other page besides the shopping page. The url is where it doesn't work is http://chucks.intellicomweb.com/Customization.aspx. The URL where it does is http://chucks.intellicomweb.com/ShoppingCart/tabid/68/categoryid/3/flat-top/Default.aspx

The category module settings there is a setting titled "BuyNow Page Name". If the category module is on the same page as the buynow module then you can leave this field blank. If you add the category module to a page that does not have the buynow module on it then you must enter the page name that has the buynow module. This tells the categories module which page to navigate to when the user clicks a category.

Btw, the mini cart module works similarly.

So every time I try to add anything in that box, I get this error.


A critical error has occurred.
Can't get TabId for given Portalid=0 and TabName='ShoppingCart.aspx'

I tried adding the full url i.e. http://www.chucks.intellicomweb.com/storefront.aspx, /storefront.aspx, and storefront.aspx. All of them give the same error.

Accepted Answer 

You're suppose to enter the "Page Name" from your dnn page settings, there shouldn't be an aspx on the end.
