On the Manage Customer Orders screen I see a filter selection for Pay Status. I tried filtering on this and it doesn't seem to work. I had 10 orders with both true and false values and changing this to tru or false and clicking filter resulted in all oders still showing.

I just confirmed that the payment status filter on the manage orders screen was not working. Our programmer has already fixed it and I am uploading a hotfix to the cart downloads page now. Thanks for reporting the issue!
