  • Text links do not work anymore
  • Title, fields, and button are to the right of the image instead of below - this throws things off from the layout for this module in v2.97

These issues are present on your demo site as well. http://www9.smith-consulting.com/Feat...

A hotfix to fix the text links has been posted to the cart downloads page. Regarding the formatting of the fields and button to the right of the image instead of below we changed that in 2.99 because we thought it looked better for the single column layout of featured products. Can you post a link to your site as an example of how it "throws things off" The multi column layout for featured products is the same as before and was unchanged.

As far as throwing things off... I have the featured products in a narrow column on the homepage and with your change in v2.99 it makes it too wide to fit in the column and so the content is half in and half out of the contatiner. I don't want to make that column wider because it would not look right with other design elements on the page. I suppose I can edit the aspx file for it to modify the layout for "single column" but this will mean editing that file with every version update you guys release.

Cart version 3.0 is not availible on the cart downloads page. Please download and install cart v3.0 and let us know if that fixes the error you are getting after deploying the hotfix.

Yes, v3.0 fixed the text links in the featured products module.

I have just manually edited the layout to fix the layout issue.
