error on submit order button

I get this error whenI try and submit an order

We couldn't complete your payment.

Status : FAILED

Can you provide some additional detail so I can help troubleshoot. I know you recently upgraded what version did you upgrade from and to? Did this error happen right after the upgrade? What payment gateway are you using?

we are useing the Innovative gateway and get the same error with the test account and with our account info. version 2.96 to 3.01

Were you able to get any transactions thru the Innovative gateway after the upgrade or did it just stop working today.

this is a new setup for your cart have not used your cart till now on this site have other sites with other cart that are working fine just this setup is not working and I do not want to move the other site to this cart till we get it to work.
