We are trying to use PayPal Payment Pro on RackSpace "Cloud" which currently has Medium/Partial Trust. When I try to process the card through the cart, I receive this error:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers. ---> System.Security.SecurityException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers.at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.MakePayPalPayment(BillingAccountInfo account)at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.Submit() The action that failed was: LinkDemand The Zone of the assembly that failed was: Intranet--- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Can this be fixed or what gateways can run under partial trust with Smith Cart?

The following gateways Smith Cart is integrated with require full trust:

  • PayPal Website Payments Pro
  • PayPal Payflow Pro
  • First Data Global Gateway Linkpoint (32 bit only)


The following gateways Smith Cart is integrated with will work in a medium trust environment:

  • Authorize.Net
  • PayPal Website Payments Standard
  • Sage Payment Solutions (SagePay)
  • DPS PaymentExpress
  • Elavon Internet Secure
  • Elavon Virtual Merchant (Formally Nova)
  • BluePay
  • eWay (Australia - http://www.eway.com.au/)
  • Innovative (QuickBooks)
  • QuickBooks Merchant Services (QBMS)
  • First Data Global Gateway Web Service (32 bit and 64 bit)
  • CardFlex
  • TransFirst
  • MyGate (South Africa) - mygate.co.za
  • NMI- Network Merchants, Inc.

We are resellers with Authorize.Net and set you up on Auth.net if you are interested.
