Are there any errors in the dnn event viewer. What kind of hosting/server are you on?

There isn't an error in the event viewer. We're hosting with PowerDNN running DNN version 5.4.2.

In version 3.03 a new sort bar was added to the product listing page and new settings were added to show/hide the search and sort bars. If you go into the cart settings and click save it will resolve the issue.

I have asked the client to check the search option. However, our issue now is when adding new or edit products. The description textbox is not visible. See the last attachment. The textbox is missing on the screen and you can't enter a description for the product. I believe this was an issue in an earlier version of Smith Cart.

What broswer are you using? Can you try clearing your cache and temp files in your browser?

The user has cleared the cache files and it's still not showing. She's using Firefox and IE. Attached are the two screen shots of the browsers.

Who is your hosting provider and what is your server config cpu, memory, etc.

ok I see you are using power dnn do you know what type of server cpu and memory? You are most likely running out of resources when loading the ajax tab control with the rich text editors.

How do we resolve this? We are on a shared server with PowerDNN. I don't have access to see the resources. Anyway, it was working on version 2.96. This issue started after we upgraded to version 3.03. This was a problem with the version 2.90 as well that was fixed with 2.96.

Call power dnn and ask them with your hosting plan how much memory is allocated to your dnn site. There are other performance tuning items you can adjust in dnn and your web config their is another thread in the forum regarding performance and tuning dnn.
