I was playing with different scenarios for shipping, and now when I select UPS as the carrier, it doesn't appear in the drop down for shipping method.

Oops.

Greg,

Per our phone call today try to re-save your cart settinigs and also make sure that you dont have product level ship methods defined from the product setup -> shipping screen. Let me know if you got it working.

Hmmm... it's being weird.

Now, UPS Ground shows up when you are first in the cart, but as soon as you click on "Calculate Shipping", the shipping methods disappear and it gives the error. Freaky.

I will have to look at the tables, and make sure that no products have product level shipping defined.

I have verified that in the cart setup that "Cart Shipping Calculator" is checked, and that in the store admin menu, under "Shipping", that nothing is defined in any of the buttons in there.

I'm looking at the tables now to see what I messed up.

Here's a stupid question.

This issue is only with one of the portals; the other portal with another store on it is working fine. But I'll be darned if I can find the table or file where you store the cart setup, so that I can compare the two portals and see if there is a difference.

Are you storing that in a table, or in a setup file somewhere, or what?
