Currently the product summary field is not displayed in the front end of the cart. Product listing its seems would become a bit crowded to add it there and the product detail page you have unlimited description that you can manage using the fckeditor in product setup so I didnt see how adding it to the product detail page would add any additional benefit. What page were you thinking you wanted the summary field on?

I agree, this would be a nice feature. Perhaps a checkbox to show summary on Product listing page. We too are displaying one product per row and the summary info would be very nice to display. Is there an easy way to do this .. a placeholder I can insert or anything similar?
