Discounts are not being applied to any category that is under a "parent category"?

(i.e. Parent Category = "premium channels"

Child Categories = "fitness channel" ... "business channel" ... etc ...

The child categories are not receiving the discount that is set within the Parent Category settings.

(i.e. If member orders "fitness channel" + "business channel" (all child categories under "premium channel") they should be receiving a discount.

PLEASE HELP AS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO EMAIL FOR SUPPORT ON THIS ISSUE FOR OVER A WEEK!

I dont recall seeing any emails sent to support on this issue, what is your email address so I can see if maybe it went into our spam folders. What version of the cart are you running?

Can you login to our test site http://www9.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate. The www9 test site is running the latest version of the cart v3.06 and depending on if you can replicate the error there will tell us if the issue is with cart v2.96

Hello,

I just replicated the issue on the test site. The categories are "Premium Channel" and subcategories "Fitness Channel" and "Spanish Channel". It is still not calculating a discount under the multiple "Premium Channel" in the cart?

We were able to re create the issue and the fix will be in cart v3.07 released tomorrow.

You should have access to the cart downloads page now. If you can please test the latest release on a test site first before installing on live. If that isnt an option and you have to install on live first make sure you have a backup of your site before installing so you can rollback if need be.
