I am using the latest version but their seems to be a bug when you select the "Tax shipping only for taxable products" as it seems to tax shipping even when the product is tax exempt. The other options work fine but this one doesnt.

Actually I have just tested it some more and it is not a bad as it first looks. The problem is only a display issue on the View Cart page but the actual amount charged does not include the tax on the shipping. So I guess it is just a display bug in the View Cart logic and should be fixed quickly.
