Those images exist in the install zip but for some reason they didnt get copied to your server. To fix extract the following images from the images folder in the zip:

• couponsales.gif
• affiliatesales.gif
• topcustomers.gif

Then copy them to your /DesktopModules/Smith.BuyNow/images/ folder on your server.
