A general hotfix question:
On your cart downloads page, is the latest cart download always updated to include the hotfixes listed underneath it?
For example, if I downloaded version 3.08 today, do I also need to install the 3.08 hotfix?

No, if the hotfix is included in the latest build we will remove the hotfix.
