Question: Can the following be turned off with the controls that you have in the cart?

This is at the bottom of the confirm page.
Answer: Yes in the cart admin settings there is a checkbox called "Hide Login and Password" – Check this box if you would like to hide the login and password labels and textboxes on the confirmation screen.
