Details page/ Module split

I noticed that you have a new beta version available where the details is a separate module. I'm about to install the cart to a website but quick question..

If I install the latest stable release where the module is not split like that, and many products are installed... and then later upgrade to the newer when it's no longer beta, is this going to cause complications? With the detail page?

It should not be an issue but there will be some reconfiguration as follows:

You will need to create a new page for the product details page and add the new product details module
In the buynow module settings there is a new dropdown where you need to select the page where the product details module is
All the product details settings in the buynow module settings have moved to the product detail module settings so you will need to go in there and configure them
Lastly, there is a dropdown in the productDetail module settings where you need to select the page where the buynow module is

Judging by your opinion do you think I would be fine to "start" with the beta release? I would rather not have to upgrade and go through that if I can avoid it.. unless you guys tell me otherwise.

We have tested internally and its looking good. We released it 3 days ago to 5 customer beta testers and havnt received any bug reports yet. If you have a few days to test and are not under the gun to go live tomorrow I recommend installing the cart beta release v3.85.
