I am trying to setup a webinar as a product. The webinar has 2 possible dates and I would like to set them up as variants. I have attached a screenshots of the variants. They appear to be functioning correctly, I can select them on the item details screen, but when I add them to the cart and process them I don't see the variant info anywhere in the resulting order. Is there something I missed or somewhere else I need to enable something?

When you say "I add them to the cart and process them I don't see the variant info anywhere in the resulting order" What screen are you not seeing the variants with the order, the cart page, confirmation page before payment, confirmation page after payment and/or the manage order detail page?

I don't see the variants listed in the cart, confirmation page before, after or the manage order detail page.

Im not able to replicate this on my dev system the variants add fine to the cart page, confirm page, etc. There are a lot different ways to configure the cart and products and I may not have configured my cart the exact way you have. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error to determine if this is something specific to your portal.

Ok, I tried a variant with no space in the Group Name and that worked.
