When a user selects a product and goes to the cart the product cost is always REQUEST A QUOTE and not the unit cost. the subtotal is correct.

Why is this happening! the the product details are correct. See the image.

This needs fixing immediatly!

When hide price is checked the “Price” field is replaced with “Request a Quote”. I would try going into your buynow module settings and check it and save and then go back into the settings and uncheck it and save then test it out and let me know if that fixes it.

Okay so I want the price hidden from non logged in users. I have it set up to show member pricing only. The prices are still coming up as "request a quote" in the cart.

Also the math is not correct with the subtotal - I have added 3 items and every time it calculates the subtotal incorrectly.

What is going on? Ive had to deactivate the site as the store is not working.

There are 3 different member pricing options which member price option are using? There is not an option in the cart to show pricing for only logged on users. The way member pricing works in the cart is to show regular prices for unauthenticated users and show member prices if the user is logged in. If you want to show only prices for logged on users then you should setup 2 buynow modules. The first one as a catalog only with hide price checked for unauthenticated user. The second buynow module on a page that only registered users can see.

I can just add a display:none to the price so thats okay.

Most important is the price calculation - this is on the aceshearing site so you have the logins.

In order to determine if the price calculation issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific site/cart install can you login to our test portal and configure the cart settings to match your cart settings and try to replicate the issue.

Here are login credentials to the test portal:

Okay I think it came right as its now calculating correctly. Ill keep an eye on it

One more thing: The category module will not filter the store but the internal category will. http://www.aceshearing.co.nz/Catalogu... I want to have the categories in a different module style so how can i get this to work?

Ive had to go in and hide the prices with styles and also the description tabs when unchecked still take up vertical room so I had to hide that aswell with styles. Again it comes back to the styling of the module. Everything you release a version I have to recode the HTML and css so it looks okay. Would be good to have an internal Template function.

Regarding the category module not filtering go to the category setup screen and check to see if you have entered anything in the "URL Keywords" field for your categories. If you have try removing them and save and go back and test to see if it filters properly.

Regarding styling the cart so new versions dont overlay your changes see the following forum post:
