The example I sent before was sent when logged in as an Admin and clicking Resend Order Email.

I retested things as a new customer, registering before the Add to Cart transaction. Then I got the email as follows:

So the token for [USERNAME] worked BUT [PASSWORD] did not. Is the token something different than Steve gave me (like [USERPW] or something?
