Select Shipping to Continue.

How do I change the text for "Select Shipping to Continue."? I cannot find it in the resx files.

This message appears when the shopper clicks "Checkout" after filling in the shipping address (which only appears if the cart settings are "Use Shipping Calculator") and they have not selected from the pull-down options on the shipping method and not clicked on the "Calculate Shipping" button.

The user is forced to click on the "Calculate Shipping" button but the error message is not that specific... it only says "Select Shipping to Continue."

Besides... Can't the "Checkout" button do that calculation? (And thereby prevent the extra step the user has to take now.)

Is there a way to have the shipping method default to the custom shipping method?
