I'm looking for a simple shopping cart solution (PayPal). We sell a single item which is customized with a customer-provided image printed on it, therefore as part of the cart/checkout process they'll need to upload an image file to associate with the item. Is this something we would be able to do with Smith Cart?

I don't belive that is built in to Smith Cart. However, I do a similar thing on my website with a free module called Helferline Forms.

I use it for "Request a Quote", where they can upload a file (artwork) along with their quote request.

Or Dave can give you a good price on adding that functionality.
