I have customers saying that they keep getting a critical when adding items using the quick order entry module. Here is the event log:

I have a customer on the phone now; she said she didn't delete anything from Quick Order Entry... she had like 5 items in there, and hit "Add to cart" and it threw a critical. I am trying to reproduce, but I'm giving you a heads up. This is the second call with the same issue in the last 30 minutes.
