What version of the cart are you running?

I am running into the exact same problem, running 3.98 on DNN 5.6.0

Any resolution? I tried with a header row in the xls and without (the attached is without). I am thinking there is a required field that I do not have, but not sure...

To note, the category exists, but the subcategories do not (trying to get it to auto-create).

I did upload data successfully previously to this site (earlier version of SmithCart).

Attaching xls.

OK, I just got my products to post....

What I did was take the sample xls here: http://www.smith-consulting.com/forum...

strip out all the sample data, and put my data in...

Does the import require the header row? I thought the manual said it didn't...

Also, to note that the manual (smithshoppingcartmanual.pdf with a date of 12/31/2010) on page 217 does not include the column (ProductSortOrder)

I am attaching my xls that worked correct...

Thanks for the feedback! I will update the cart manual to note that headings are required on the import xls. In the latest version of the cart manual

http://www.smith-consulting.com/Porta... the "ProductSortOrder" field is included you are probably working from an older version of the manual before we added that field.
