I used the template xls located here.

http://www.smith-consulting.com/forums/forumid/4/threadid/4993/scope/posts.aspx

I am using 3.9.7 and this template is not mapped correctly.

I tried figuring out the mapping but it is missing full columns of data (like ModelName).

I have attached an example spreadsheet.

Is this being addressed or do I need to enter in all of the items manually?

This issue is assigned to one of our programmers now and I will postback when I have a status update.

When I got this error, I found that I had invalid data types in certain columns (e.g. an asterisk in the sku number column). that one asterisk blew the whole thing up, and removing it worked fine.

I'd say carefully scan through the spreadsheet and make sure you don't have any of these characters that don't qualify.

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a time frame on this fix?

Thanks for your time.

I just imported the test spreadsheet into the test portal (http://www7.smith-consulting.com/) and it worked fine. In version 3.98 we added the product sort order field to the import spec so the spreadsheet that your using is for the latest version of the cart 3.99, you will either need to upgrade the cart or use the attached spread sheet with the product sort order field deleted from the spreadsheet.
