I'm regularly getting this error... the last few customers who have called me on the phone said that they did NOT delete anything from the Quick Order Entry Module. I can't replicate it, but evidently my customers are regularly getting it.

This needs to be a reproducible error in order for us to fix it.

Regarding the error, a Google search found this comment:

"I'm quite certain this is generated by users on slower connections that click something on the page before the viewstate is completely loaded or is corrupt for some reason."

That would explain why I can't replicate the problem; I'm obviously on a fast connection to my server.

p.s. - can you move this thread to the Smith Cart forum? I didn't mean to post here..... thanks. :)

More information:

If I just "Sit" on the Quick Order Entry screen, not doing anything for a while, and then try to enter something, it throws a critical. HOWEVER, I was not logged out of DNN, so my session timer hadn't expired.
