Any idea on when #1 may happen? It's becoming an issue as more and more of our "special" customers are ordering, and not getting their member pricing.

Hi Christian. You must be the new guy. Welcome aboard.

It's not a "feature", per se, it was in the specifications when I sponsored the pricing by product class. So, I don't need a release date, I need a patch/fix/etc.

4) Quick Order Entry does not support Member Pricing by Role.

Ugh... *THAT* will cause problems, too.

See, QuickOrderEntry was written for our customers who do BIG orders.

Chances are, those same customers who are doing those big orders are also in the member pricing by role group. Not good.

1) Member pricing by role status?

2) Tax Exempt by Role not working - still charges tax.

Hi Greg,

I just tested tax exempt by role and it worked as expected for me. I configured tax all states and checked tax exempt by role in the settings and when I checked out no tax was charged. How do you have your tax configured in the settings can you post a screen shot so i can try to replicate.
