Sumbit Query Report not functioning

Store Admin Menu > Reports

On the Store Reports Menu/Reports Page from Store Admin Main Menu, the Submit Query link does not work and there is not an icon above it like the other options (not sure if it was purposefully designed like this).

Version of the Cart is 2.72.00. Let me know if the store link is needed.

Sounds like one of the image buttons on the reports menu didnt get copied for some reason. Send me an email to skelly@smith-consulting.com with a link to your site and I will send you the missing images.
